Stable China-US relations serve as the solid foundation for cooperation between the two countries and restoring stability to bilateral relations stands as the most precious gift for both sides following the US presidential visit to China, said Roberta Lipson, chair emeritus of AmCham-China and director of the US-China Business Council.

Lipson, who is also founder of United Family Healthcare, shared her insights during a recent interview on the "Shopping in China" program.

She pointed out that a constructive China-US relationship of strategic stability built on fairness and reciprocity has significantly boosted multinationals' willingness to invest in China. Furthermore, as China continues to open its markets wider, high-end healthcare and technological innovation have become new growth points for China-US exchanges.

By leveraging artificial intelligence and biotechnology, the two sides have achieved fruitful results in the medical field. In addition, the integrated development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine also offers new solutions for global healthcare services.

Chinese silk, porcelain and tea are beloved around the world, but stable China-US relations are an even more precious gift. By adhering to openness and inclusiveness, while deepening economic, cultural and technological cooperation, China and the US can work together to forge a brighter and more prosperous future, said Lipson.
