Bind International Bank Cards with Ease

Visitors can link international bank cards from seven major brands, including Visa and Mastercard, to WeChat and pay by scanning QR codes offline. In 2026, new international card users can enjoy a 3 percent transaction fee waiver on daily payments of up to 1,000 yuan ($148) for 90 days after their first purchase, while payments of 200 yuan or below are exempt from the 3 percent transaction fee throughout the year.

Direct Payment with Overseas E-wallets

More than 40 overseas e-wallets from 13 countries and regions are supported for direct QR code payments in Shenzhen. Visitors can use their local wallets without currency exchange or offline top-ups, enjoying a seamless payment experience across the city.

Before traveling to Shenzhen, visitors can complete the foreign electronic arrival card through the National Immigration Administration 12367 mini-program. Scan the QR code for verification at ports and complete customs clearance in seconds.
